Shop Fitting — Frequently Asked Questions
What does the shop fitting service cover?
It is a turnkey fit-out for restaurants and retail stores: bespoke counters and joinery, commercial kitchens and extraction, flooring and wall finishes, ambient and feature lighting, customer seating and tables, and digital menu boards and signage, with full project management throughout. We handle consultation and design, build the custom elements in our workshop, manage the on-site installation and walk you through the finished space at handover.
Does the fit-out include the EPOS system?
It can. Because Posso also supplies the till, kiosks, kitchen screens and digital menu boards, the counter can be designed around the equipment from the start rather than retrofitted. The EPOS is quoted separately, with the till from £499 + VAT, so you can take the fit-out alone or the whole package from one supplier.
How long does a shop fit-out take?
Lead times are quoted per project, because a counter refresh and a full kitchen build are very different jobs. After the consultation we give you a design and a programme showing the build and on-site installation dates, so you can plan your opening around it. Tell us your target date at the start and we will work towards it.
Which areas do you cover?
Projects are quoted individually, and coverage depends on the size and location of the job.
