Delivery & returns

Delivery

• We deliver to UK mainland addresses.
• Delivery is charged per item and shown on every product page and in your basket before you pay. All delivery prices include VAT.
• Orders are normally dispatched within 1 to 3 working days and delivered within 1 to 5 working days after dispatch. We will confirm your delivery date by email.
• Large freestanding, outdoor and LED products travel on a pallet. Some of the largest items need a forklift or several people to unload; we will contact you before dispatch to arrange this.

Returns

• You can return any item within 21 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, or exchange it for another product.
• Items must be new and unused, in their original packaging with all accessories. There is no restocking fee.
• Contact us at info@posso.co.uk or on 0808 175 3956 before sending anything back so we can give you a returns reference and address.
• Returns are sent back by post or courier. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.
• Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item.
• If an item arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will collect it and repair or replace it at no cost to you. Your statutory rights are not affected.
